Umesh Pal murder case: Usman, the dreaded killer who fired the first shot at lawyer and Sandeep Nishad killed in police encounter in Prayagraj

New Delhi: Days after one of the accused in the Umesh Pal murder case was killed in an encounter, now another accused named Usman has been killed in an encounter with the Uttar Pradesh Police on Monday.

Vijay Chowdhary alias Usman was killed in the encounter in Kaundhiyara in Prayagraj.

, UP MLA Shalabh Mani Tripathi took to Twitter to say, Usman, the killer who fired the first shot at Umesh Pal and Sandeep Nishad was also killed in a police encounter today.

He also shared the video of the accused from the hospital.

Gorakhpur MP Ravi Kishan also said, “Pujya Maharaj @myogiadityanath ji had said that they (mafia nexus) will be destroyed. The dreaded absconding killer Usman, who fired the first shot at Umesh Pal and Sandeep Nishad, was also killed in an encounter by the police today #up.”

Earlier, accused Arbaaz was injured in an encounter and succumbed at the hospital.

On February 24th, Lawyer Umesh Pal, who was one of the prime witness in several cases, was shot dead in Prayagraj’s Sulem Saray area.
