New Delhi: Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is currently delivering the budget address for the year 2023, and as she substituted “politics” for “polluting” in the “old polluting automobiles,” the audience bursts out in laughter.
During the focused-serious speech, she offered a humorous anecdote before the laughter began.
