‘Uproot the TMC govt and we will give you Sonar Bangla in 5 years’: Amit Shah in Coochbehar

New Delhi: Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday said that West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee keeps on quarrelling with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

“Mamata didi keeps on quarrelling with Modi ji, she even quarrelled during Subhash babu’s program. It was Subhash babu’s event, you could have refrained from politics there,” said Amit Shah in Coochbehar.

He said, “I am promising that till the time election ends Mamata didi will also say,’Jai Shri Ram'”

In Amit Shah said, “Uproot the TMC government and we will give you Sonar Bangla in 5 years. We will free Bengal of infiltrators in 5 years.”

“More than 130 BJP workers have been killed by TMC goons, no action has been taken. Once our government comes to power, each of the murderers will be sent to jail: Home Minister Amit Shah in Coochbehar,” he further said.

Amit Shah also visited Madanmohan Temple in Coochbehar.

He said, “It’s (Rash Mela) a unique festival But Bengal govt did nothing to promote it or boost it from tourism point of view. We’ve decided to promote the Mela on national & global levels & make it a tourist attraction.”
