New Delhi: Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport in Varanasi has added one more language as Covid precautionary. While people have heard announcements in Hindi and English. The initiative by the Airports Authority of India (AAI) was in collaboration with Banaras Hindu University.

Varanasi Airport tweeted a video with the caption ” Now #भाविप्रा at Varanasi Airport, after English and Hindi, the Kovid norms are being announced in Sanskrit also. At the airport to our respected passengers As soon as they come, they will feel that they have entered the back place of Kashi – Sanskrit language.

As soon as officials posted this update there was a buzz among people. This move divided netizens into two groups one was the people who were favouring this decision and the other was mocking it.
