Video: Ghaziabad man suffers sudden heart attack while running on treadmill at gym, dies

New Delhi: A young boy’s life came to a tragic end while he was running on an automated treadmill at a local gym located in Ghaziabad’s Saraswati Vihar.

The ill-fated victim Siddharth Kumar Singh (19), collapsed to death after getting struck with a fatal heart attack during his gymming routine. The disturbing footage of the unfortunate incident captured by the gym’s CCTV cameras is now making rounds on social media.

As the horrifying footage recorded by the Gym’s surveillance cameras begins, victim Siddharth is seen completely immersed in his workout during his gymming session when all of a sudden, he gets struck by a deadly heart attack that causes him to slow down before crashing into the ground and lose consciousness. The same footage also captured two of Siddarth’s fellow gymgoers who rushed to his aid after witnessing his critical condition.

Unfortunately, neither of the two was able to revive the unfortunate young man whose condition kept deteriorating and 19-year-old Siddarth finally met his fate soon after. His dead body is now being taken back to Bihar where his family members will perform his final rites.

The sudden and shocking death of the young guy has not only alarmed the fitness community but also served as a stark reminder of the importance of regular health checkups, proper sleep and a good diet. As per medical field experts, one must take all the necessary measures to ensure he is not suffering from any heart-related issues before joining the gym and pushing himself beyond the limits.
