New Delhi: Amid couple of incidents of dog biting in lifts of Noida & Greater Noida housing societies, a video of heated altercation between a dog owner & the society residents has gone viral on social media.
The verbal confrontation between the duo broke out over dog owner’s refusal to cover the mouth of her pet, inside the lift. Woman, who had her dog on the leash, didn’t just refuse to muzzle her pet but also turned abusive when a family waiting to board the same lift, asked her to conform to safety standards.
The video has gone viral on social media. On twitter alone, it has fetched more than 5 lakh views and is also drawing criticism, comment & flak for the users.
The incident is said to have taken place at Logix Blossom County in Noida city’s in Sector 137.
In the 40-second video clip, a woman can be seen getting into confrontation with a family over her pet dog’s muzzle.

The woman dog woman is seen standing in the lift with her dog and a hanging muzzle. When a family, apparently husband & his pregnant wife advised her to muzzle the dog, she refused.
“The muzzle is hanging from your dog’s collar. Put it on,” the pregnant woman is heard saying.
Her husband also asked the woman to muzzle the dog as it may be dangerous for the pregnant woman if it bites.
The dog owner refused and also questioned why she was recording a video of the same.
Upset over woman’s behavior, the duo asked her to have ‘some sense’ and also underlined cases of previous dog bites in societies.
“Dogs don’t bite everyone, they bite people like you,” the dog owner yelled at woman.
When her husband intervened asking, ‘what kind of woman are you?’ To this, the woman replied, “Tumhari biwi se toh acchi hi hoon.”
