In addition to providing entertainment and education, YouTube may also be used to make money. Yes, it is true that millions of people all around the world are now making a living as youTubers. You’ll be shocked to learn that this Indian town has become a YouTube hotspot. A large number of people from this location are producing content for the online video sharing website.

1. Leaving public sector employment to launch a YouTube channel

Jai Verma and Gyanendra Shukla are very close friends with one another. In the village, they started creating YouTube videos. To launch a YouTube channel, they both left their jobs. At his previous job as a network engineer at SBI, Gyanendra Shukla used to watch videos on YouTube before deciding to create his own content. He has around 1.15 lakh subscribers as of this writing and has produced 250 videos.

2. Double your income

Jai Verma, M.Sc. in Chemistry graduate, formerly held a part-time teaching position at a for-profit tutoring facility. He made between Rs 12,000 and Rs 15,000 a month. However, his income has climbed to about Rs 30,000–35,000 per month after he changed his career to producing films for YouTube. Following in their footsteps, others in the community began producing videos and other forms of entertaining digital content, such as shows, short movies, and other video content.

3. Women’s empowerment

Pinky Sahu, a female artist and YouTuber, claimed that these organisations had aided in the emancipation of local women. I’ve been working on this for about two years. There are about 40 YouTube channels here. Everyone takes part in this. Despite the fact that women are typically not permitted to leave their homes, we have taught them a lot about what girls are capable of through our YouTube channel.

4. Young people and the elderly are both good actors

According to Sandeep Sahu, a local YouTuber, residents in the hamlet are now more likely to identify art with Ramlila, drama, and other events. Senior citizens are also skilled actors, but they are rarely given the chance or the proper platform to perform and display their skills. That’s now different.

5. The driving force behind it

With only 200 comedic videos, the “Being Chhattisgarhiya” channel has over 115k subscribers. One day, they received a call from a hospital letting them know that an elderly patient who was viewing their video was in critical condition. They called the YouTube channel’s members to thank them for their work on the call, after which he said how much he appreciated it. The young YouTube stars from Tulsi Village have since made the decision to make people laugh with their comedic videos.
