As major cities bake at 50 degrees, Alia Bhatt’s Yoga trainer give out easy tips to beat the heat

New Delhi: Several parts of some of the major cities, especially the Delhi NCR region baked nearly at the temperature mark of 50 degrees for the last some days. Residents of Delhi are battling with the scorching weather conditions on a daily basis and looking for an escape from the heatwave and rising temperature.

Amid such extreme conditions, fitness trainer and celebrity Yoga coach Anshuka Parwani, who trains Bollywood actresses Kareena Kapoor, Ananya Panday, and Alia Bhatt shared some easy tips to beat the heat these summers.

“While summers, call for beautiful beach days and suntans, it’s also that time when your energy levels are at a low due to the sweltering heat. Here are some tips to keep your energy levels up and stay fresh and breezy this summer. Don’t let the heat sap out your energy”, she wrote in a recent post.

#Stay hydrated. Keeping electrolytes up is important
#Eat light food and make sure to include fruits with high water content
#Practice Pranayama – Sheetali and Sheetkari specifically
#Get a good night’s sleep
