Furious Netizens slams Telangana CM K Chandrashekhar Rao for asking proof of surgical strike

Indian Army had carried out a surgical strike in POK in September 2016 after 19 of the Indiian soldiers were killed in the base camp in Uri

New Delhi: On Sunday, a day ahead of the Pulwama Attack anniversary, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao asked for proof over the Indian Army’s claims of carrying out surgical strikes in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) in 2016.

“Even today, I am asking for the proof. Let the government of India show (the proof). The BJP makes false propaganda that is why people are asking for it,” said Rao “The BJP is using surgical strike politically. The Army is fighting at the border. If anyone is dying, it’s Army personnel, and they should be given credit for it, not BJP,” he said.

Notably, Rao’s comments came at a time when he and Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma is engaged in a row over the proof of surgical strikes.

On the occasion of the third anniversary of the Pulwama Attack, Netizens are furious on KCR’s controversial comments on the surgical strikes, and brutally slammed Rao on microblogging site twitter.
