Hotels witness surge in demand for Valentine’s Day Bookings

Many Hotels and Restaurants have also plan to organize special events like Musical night etc to entertain the guests. many Restaurants and Hotels are also planning to have a special menu for the special day. 

New Delhi: The Valentine week is in full swing and the Hotel Industry is already witnessing surge in demand for Valentine’s Day bookings for 14th February. People are already booking hotels for dinner reservations to avoid the last minute rush. Apart from this couples are also booking for accommodations. Many Hotels and Restaurants have also plan to organize special events like Musical night etc to entertain the guests. many Restaurants and Hotels are also planning to have a special menu for the special day.

According to one of the Hotel Owners in Pune said, we have already received 65% bookings for the valentine’s day, for room accommodation as well as dinner table reservation. We are also receiving bookings around Lonavala, Goa and Mahabaleshwar from newly wed couples. The manager of the Hyatt Centric Juhu said that we have been receiving Pre booking calls for room reservation and dinner table for Valentine’s day. Not only this, mostly people are booking before and after the Valentine day which is not very common. After witnessing the surge in demand, we have decided to introduce a separate package for our clients especially for the Valentine’s Day.

Hotel staff to greet couples with Red Roses

The Hotel Industry is expecting to earn decent profit during Valentine’s Day. Many Hotels and restaurants are also planning to decorate the Restaurants in the Valentine theme especially red color and roses. Many Restaurants have also instructed the staff to greet the guests with a Red rose on their arrival.

Valentine Day celebration goes for a week

The day is celebrated every year on the 14th February. Many couples exchange cards, flowers and chocolates on this day. The celebration goes for over a week, like Rose Day, Propose Day, Chocolate day, Teddy Day, Promise Day, Hug Day, Kiss Day and Valentine’s Day.
