How to avoid Monday blues

Monday blue is the term who are not happy going to the workplace on Mondays. 

New Delhi: Mondays are the most boring and tiring days. As soon as Sunday starts there is the anxiety of the next day. People start panicking.

School kids have excuses for illness but young professionals cannot make such excuses and so unfortunately they have to prepare for the next day.

Monday blue is described as the depressing feeling when you have no courage to go to work but unfortunately, you push yourself to reach. Monday blue is the term who are not happy going to the workplace on Mondays.

These are a few tips to avoid Monday blues:

1) Talk top friend: Whenever you feel like there is no motivation left inside then do talk to your friend. Friends are the person who motivates us to be the better person and ensures that we shine on the days when we don’t even have energy inside us.

2) Take a break: Naturally, no one can work for long 8 or 9 hours, so treating a break is always a good idea which will encourage you to do the work.

3)Plan something exciting: Boring days can be exciting if we add some flavours of fun to them. You can wear good clothes and make plans after office hours which will motivate you to work.
