New Delhi: Anthony Loffredo is a guy who has altered his body, covered himself with dark tattoos, including ones of his eyeballs, had under-the-skin implants placed on his head and arms, and had two fingers, a portion of his nose, and both ears severed. The man’s tongue has been altered to have a forked appearance by being split down the middle. He now intends to have his penis cut in half as well.
