New Delhi: Neetu Singh, the founder of SINI DESIGNS, has figured in India’s 30 Famous Women Entrepreneurs list for the year 2020, brining cheers to her and the women oriented company while getting wide applause from the business community.

Neetu Singh, featuring on the cover page of ‘Prime Insights’, one of India’s leading business magazines comes as an icing on the cake and she is ecstatic and upbeat about it.

SINI DESIGNS, inspired from Indian culture and crafted for the world, is a name to reckon with, for export of women’s wear and fashion accessories. SINI DESIGNS harnesses the talent and creativity of local artisans and exports its products to more than 50 countries.

Sharing her happiness on receiving the coveted honour, Neetu Singh told Newsroompost.com that since beginning, she had a desire to channelize the energy of hard working women on the right path.

“I had a clear vision to inspire and amaze hard working women with my guidance infused with passion,” said SINI DESINGs founder.

“I am very excited to share with you that I have been featured on the cover page of one of the India’s leading Business Magazines ‘Prime Insights’ September 20 issue. They have listed me in the ’30 Famous Women Entrepreneurs in 2020′ list!”, said the ecstatic businesswoman.

How SINI DESIGNS was founded

After completing her studies, Ms Neetu wanted to do something to help underprivileged women. She started out by training a few poor artisans in fashion designing which slowly grew into cluster of artisans with improved expertise.

By 2005, she started designing fashion accessories and garments to showcase these creations in domestic as well as international markets. To further complement her entrepreneurial endeavour, she sharpened her skills by graduating in Fashion Designing alongside.

The real breakthrough came in 2011, when she launched her own brand SINI (derived from her name) in Birmingham, UK.

SINI has now evolved as a leading brand in garments and fashion accessories. It offers a great blend of traditional and contemporary fashion clothing while keeping it affordable and appealing to everyone.

Looking back, Ms Neetu Singh sees this as entrepreneurship journey as a tumultuous ride where she witnessed hues of happiness and gloom, struggle and endurance while keeping her foot down on preserving with her goal i.e. to empower women with skills and make them financially independent.

In last 14 years of her entrepreneurship, she has won lots of awards, recognitions, and most importantly a sense of self-fulfilment. Till date, more than 5,000 artisans have been associated with SINI.
