New Delhi: The mixing of bizarre ingredients to make a new dish has become a common trend these days to go viral on the internet. Earlier, we saw bizarre dishes such as Meggi milkshake, Meggi Parantha, Meggi Ice Crem, Orea Pakodas, Rasgulla Chat, and Fanta Omellete.
Now, there is also bizarre delicacy going viral on social media platforms. The new dish is reportedly called ‘Tandoori fruit masala dosa’. The video of the chef was shared by a food blogger namely Ankait Luthra on Instagram. The location of the shop was not mentioned in the video.
The viral video of ‘Tandoori fruit masala dosa’ starts with the chef putting the dosa pan on fire. He then spread the dosa batter on the hot pan after applying some oil. Furthermore, one can see him adding some small pieces of different fruits.
Following this, the cook adds chaat masala and gives it the tandoori masala twist. Before serving the dosa, the dish is added with an abundance of cheese and tutti-fruity chunks.

The video was posted seven days ago. It has so far received over 7,500 likes.
However, the video invited mixed reactions from users on Instagram with many spoiling the taste of dosa.
