The film, which takes place on a cruise, examines the love and respect between two siblings in depth. This is the true story of Sarabjit Singh, who, in 1990, claimed to murder 14 people in a series of bombings throughout the Pakistani region of Punjab. The courts and former president Pervez Musharraf both denied his requests for clemency. The film follows Dalbir Kaur, the sister of Sarabjit Singh, as she fights for her brother’s release from a Pakistani jail where he was illegally held for almost twenty years.

Dhanak – Rainbow
Chotu, a blind youngster, and his older sister Pari live in a small village in Rajasthan. All Pari wants is for her blind brother to see again. One day, she sees a notice for an eye donation featuring her favourite celebrity, Shah Rukh Khan. Pari has been trying to contact Shah Rukh Khan, via letters for a while but has heard nothing back. Pari finds out that Shah Rukh Khan is currently in Jaisalmer for a shoot at that time. This inspires her, so she and Chotu embark on the long, lonely journey to Jaisalmer.
