During the night brain goes to rest for 6- 8 hours. Sometimes some dreams can create panic or anxiety while others may not even affect you the same.

1) Dreams about dying: Dreamers have no control over them, there are instances when we sleep and watch our loved one or maybe our own death in the dream, for a while can be scary to anyone because death is a negative emotion. Studies have shown that dreams of dying to reflect the transformation in some way. It simply means you are going to welcome great things in life.
2) Dreams about pregnancy: Interpreters said dreaming about pregnancy does not mean that you are going to have a baby. It simply means that you are growing in general, this could mean a new part of your personality. It can be a new job opportunity. Putting it straightforwardly you are developing just like a baby in the mother’s womb.
3)Sexual dreams: Sexual dreams are the fantasies and thoughts you have when you are awake. More fantasies and thoughts will naturally contribute to more sexual dreams.
4) Dreaming about someone you know: It means they are going through a hard time and need a friend. It can also mean you smelled something that realised you about them. In such situations, it is always good to keep a check on them.
5) Dreaming about ex: Dreaming about ex means recalling past traumas during waking hours which is impacting your sleep.
