You did read that correctly. The Serendipity3 restaurant in New York City broke the record for the priciest french fries in 2021. The restaurant is currently bringing them back. For National French Fry Day on July 13, they will once more be offering their well-known Crème de la Crème Pommes Frites for sale.

For an additional flavour variety, the potatoes are additionally blanched in J. LeBlanc French Champagne Ardenne Vinegar and Dom Perignon Champagne. The icing on the cake is a 23K edible gold dust that is included with them.
