After arresting two Pinjara Tod women activists on participating, planning and executing Delhi Riots of North East Delhi, It has been established eventually that CAA protest at Shaheen Bagh and Delhi Riots culprits were common. It is an open secret that these two women accused of ‘Pinjara Tod’ organisation organised a sit-in by women protesting at the Jaffarabad metro station. Besides this, CAA protest organised by ‘Pinjara Tod’ which is a precursor to Delhi Riots which killed 50 innocent people. Delhi Police has arrested Natasha Narwal and Devangana Kalitha, two women associated with Pinjara Tod.
It was found by various news channels that a sudden mob of women gathered during the Anti CAA protest at Jaffrabad Metro Station in North East Delhi, following which the communal violence took place on Feb 23, 2020. Both women have been arrested by the North East district Police and will be questioned by the Crime Branch SIT and Delhi Police special cell.

The Pinjara Tod organisation consists of several students of the university of Delhi as well as other Institution in the National Capital. The Delhi Police has repeatedly accused the Pinjara Tod of stoking the Delhi violence. One non Jamia student Asif Iqbal Tanha has been arrested by Delhi Police in connection with Delhi Riots.
Delhi Police, in April, has also arrested a media coordinator of the Jamia Coordination Committee (JCC) in connection with Delhi Riots. It is pertinently matter of grave concern that these two are also actively participated in the Anti CAA protests in Shaheen Bagh.

The mode of operandi was purely on the model of Urban Naxals, where women activists are in the fore front as a shield so that men can attack the police from behind. Most of the protests were in the public places, market areas, roads, metro stations in the night or early mornings repeatedly, So that it leads to chaos in the Local public.
The majority of contents in these protests were Anti CAA, NRC, NPR activism with Urban Naxal Anti Fascist Rhetoric. The most dangerous indication of revolution from Italian folk tradition like Bella Siao were sung. The Polithbureau orientation of designing the Anti-establishment like Anti-Hindu, Anti-India, Anti-Police and Anti-Government nature of protest has been tried to execute at the ground level by these accused. As per the reports of GIA(Group of Intellectuals and Academicians) a professional Independent group observed while finding these very minute observations by the fact finding operation, when they went to explore the factual matrix from the ground zero viz. at North East Delhi from 29th Feb to 11th March 2020. The Riots took place on 23rd, 24th and 25th of Feb 2020.

Anti CAA protest were violent in nature from day one, plenty of violent incidents have been reported at North East district police station from December onwards till the final whistle of execution of pre-planned Anti Hindu Delhi Riots on 23,24 and 25 of Feb 2020. The history and journey of Pinjara Tod is very suspicious, alarming and dangerous from the point of view of the Integrity and Sovereignty of the country. From last few years Pinjara Tod has established itself as a strong Ultra left organisation. The main agenda of which is to attack on various constitutional bodies of this country, for running vested propaganda on the nationalist issue and to create a gender division, caste division, religion division etc. within the society. To make the fulcrum on these fault lines thereby giving a birth to violence, riots, dissatisfaction etc within the various social strata of Bharat.
This Pinjara Tod group has created various activities which can be corroborated with the Delhi Riots. The Pinjara Tod was aggressively participating in Anti CAA protests organised by its volunteers at Jamia, Jaffrabad, Seelampur, Shaheen Bagh etc. They had the remote to mobilize the women at different Anti CAA sites before the Delhi Riots. Their posters were so inhuman, objectionable and cheap like “Fuck Hindu Dharma”, “Women will destroy Hindu Rashtra”. They chanted Hindu phobic slogans so that an atmosphere of communal violence shall prevail in the country. Thereafter the Delhi Riots occurred on 23rd, 24th and 25th of February. All the above chain of events have been mentioned in the charge sheet of Delhi Police also, which they have filled in the Delhi High Court on 2nd of June.

As “एकम सत विप्रा बहुधा वदन्ति” meansTruth is only one, people may say it in different ways.On the same groundand the records produced by Delhi police the Delhi High Court, dismissed the bail application of the accused involved directly in the Delhi Riots. In nutshell the last ceremony to conclude the Anti CAA protest was to execute Anti Hindu Delhi Riots at the time of “TRUMP’s” visit in India. This country and its 130 crore patriotic population is anxiously waiting to see the culprits of this Riot to be rigorously imprisoned since they believe the Chanakya’s theory of “शासनम दण्डेन”.
