New Delhi: A clash between brother Krunal and Hardik Pandya on the fields of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 became an amusing split second for the desi Twitteratis.
Gujarat Titans and Lucknow Super Giants had a face-off in the fourth match of the tournament on Monday. Moreover, the Pandya Brothers were also contesting against earch with each other in this match, playing from their respective franchise.
Though Gujarat Titans won in this match, but Krunal Pandya appeared ahead of brother Hardik in the match.
Elder brother Krunal took Gujarat captain Hardik Pandya’s wicket in the 11th over. Krunal got Hardik Pandya caught at a long-off shot, while the catch was taken by Manish Pandey.
Hardik scored 33 runs in 28 balls in this match. The dismissal that involved two brothers sparked an online meme fest among Netizens on social media.

For the unversed, all-rounder Hardik Pandya stepped into the field with the IPL tournament after the T20 World Cup. He bowled for a full 4 overs for Gujarat, though he wasn’t very successful as a bowler in the match.
At the same time, playing for Lucknow, Krunal scored 21 runs in 13 balls with the help of 3 fours.
