New Delhi: The young Indian pacer Mukesh Kumar and his long-term girlfriend Divya got married Tuesday, in a private ceremony with selective guests on Tuesday, in Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s hometown, Gorakhpur.

The duo got married in front of close relatives and friends in the resort. The Indian player who was part of the Indian squad for the ongoing T20I series against the Australian team, asked for leave after the second match, which was granted to him by BCCI.

Mukesh and Divya, started off as friends before they started dating, and eventually getting married.

Both Mukesh and Divya are from Bihar, as Mukesh is from Gopalganj and Divya hails from Chhapra.

The videos and pictures from the marriage are going viral on the internet, as the netizens congratulate the couple on their magical journey ahead.

Mukesh Kumar has a rather small but impactful career so far, he has played 40 first-class matches and has 151 wickets under his name.

Since his international debut on July 20, 2023, Mukesh has gone to play 1 test, 3 ODI and 6T20I matches, taking 2, 4 and 3 wickets respectively.

Mukesh Kumar has played in 1o IPL matches for Delhi Capitals taking 7 wickets for them.
