New Delhi: In a hilarious video, Punjab Kings opener Shikhar Dhawan is seen being kicked, slapped and beaten by his father while other family members tries to stop him.
The video was posted by the cricketer on his Instagram account on Wednesday (May 25).
Dhawan, a Delhi-born cricketer, who plays for Punjab Kings in IPL 2022 was beaten after PBKS get knocked out of the on going season of IPL 2022.

Well, he was beaten only for entertainment purpose. Shikhar did this to make his fans happy and laugh. This is not the first time that the player has done this or posted a hilarious video, he does this quite often and is very much active on social media.
He also keeps updating reels for his fans and sometimes his family members are also seen as the part of the video.
Sharing the video, the cricketer captioned his post-“Knock out by my dad for not qualiying for knock outs.”
Talking about the IPL, Punjab Kings finished at number six on the points table of the on going IPL 2022 with 7 wins and 7 losses.
Also, Dawan was not selected by the BCCI despite his good run in IPL 2022.
In this season, Dawan completed IPL 2022 with 453 runs from 14 games with the best of unbeaten 88.
It is also said that he has been informed by the management’s decision behind not being picked up in the squad for SA series.
