Pro Kabaddi League: Know about 3 Jaipur Pink Panthers who may retian place in PKL 9

In this article, we will tell you about three players of Jaipur Pink Panthers who are likely to retain their position in the team for PKL 9.

New Delhi: The race to win season 8 of the Pro Kabaddi League ended for Jaipur Pink Panthers on February 19. The panthers’ dream for the title was crushed following the defeat against Puneri Paltan.

Notably, the season first winner needed only one win to secure their place in the next round. Before the defeat by the hands of the challenger, it was in the top six teams of the season.

The team management will now start working to prepare a new team for the ninth season of the Pro Kabaddi League. The Jaipur-based franchise may drop some stars from the team.

However, we will tell you in this article about three players who are most likely to retain their position in the Mumbai-based franchise for PKL 9.

The list is available below:

1. Deepak Niwas Hooda

Deepak Niwas Hooda is considered the fittest player in the ongoing season of the Pro Kabaddi League. He played 17 matches and earned 120 points. Earlier in the auction, the Panthers did not give place to Hooda in the team. Later, the team signed him to include in the team. This shows the strong belief of the team in him. He is also an all-rounder. Considering his game in the current season, the team management is mostly likely to retain him in the team.

2. Arjun Deshwal

Arjun Deshwal was purchased at the highest price by the Jaipur Pink Panthers at the Pro Kabaddi League 2021 auction. Deshwal stands among the most successful raiders across all franchises, justifying his price tag.

Under his name, Deshwal has 268 points, 16 super 10s, and six Super Raids. It is expected to be enough that the team would sign him for PKL 9.

3. Sandeep Dhull

Sandeep Dhull is the second player in the Jaipur Pink Panthers who was first released by the team as like Deepak Hooda, but the franchise decided to re-sign both. For his team, Dhull became the number one defender this season. He accumulated 53 tackles points by playing 19 matches.

Given his excellent performance, the team management is expected to again give place to Dhull in the team for the upcoming season.
