Kohli is looking to reclaim India’s spot at the top of the Asian helm after a disappointing outing in the last edition of the tournament held in UAE.
India failed to qualify for the finals last time after losing the matches against Pakistan and Sri Lanka in the Super 4 round. Sri Lanka went on to win the tournament by winning the finals against Pakistan.
Kohli will also be looking to add some runs under his belt and get in form by playing against the Asian giants before the start of the ICC ODI World Cup 2023 later this year in India.
