Zimbabwe’s joy can be felt from the glimpses of its celebration on and off the field, clips of whom have taken the internet by storm

Zimbabwe registered an astonishing victory over its opponent Pakistan in Super 12 in the T20 World Cup tournament on Friday. The latter elected to bat first and performed furiously, dominating the initial phase of the game played at Perth’s Optus Stadium in Australia.

Pak made a delayed recovery but restricted the Chevrons 130/8. In the final inning, Pak needed just 3 runs in the last delivery with Shaheen Afridi on the strike. The fast bowler hit a long shot on the last bowl, which was caught mid-way by Sikandar Raza, followed by a run out by wicketkeeper Regis Chakabva.

It was indeed a historic moment for Chevrons as well as the cricket lovers around the world, who were left speechless owing to their terrific performace against the men in green.
