New Delhi: In the latest post on Instagram, Indian pacer Mohammed Shami was seen enjoying a peaceful and jolly time with his daughter. The right-hand pacer has been out of touch with his daughter due to his relationship with his estranged wife Hasin Jahan. Hasin Jahan and Mohammed Shami have a daughter Aaira who was recently seen on Instagram enjoying her time with her dad.

Furthermore, Shami has been out of the cricketing circuit as well since the unforgettable ODI World Cup Final in 2023 due to injury concerns. Now, as he attempts to return to the cricketing circles, he has been named in Bengal’s Ranji Trophy squad. There is also a growing expectation that he will be fit to bowl for India before the Australia that starts in the third week of November. Shami has been performing well in the practice nets as well.

Shami’s inclusion in the side becomes even more important because the ICC Champions Trophy 2024 is due in a few months. The India pacer already resumed bowling in July for the first time after his surgery. Moreover, he has been gradually increasing his bowling workload while reporting no pain.
