New Delhi: Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah on Monday tied knot with sports presenter Sanjana Ganesan.
Bumrah shared pics on his Instagram with the caption, “Love, if it finds you worthy, directs your course. Steered by love, we have begun a new journey together. Today is one of the happiest days of our lives and we feel blessed to be able to share the news of our wedding and our joy with you. Jasprit & Sanjana.”
The sudden exit of Team India’s premier pacer, Jasprit Bumrah, from the Test series against England left many surprised. While the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) only revealed that the pacer had asked himself to be released due to a personal reason, reports later surfaced of that ‘personal reason’ being his own marriage.
Who is Sanjana Ganesan?
Sanjana is a sports presenter and a TV personality. She has hosted shows with Star Sports during the Indian Premier League (IPL). She has also worked as a presenter on the Premier Badminton League as well.
She was part of the 2012 Femina Style Diva show and went on to feature in the Femina Miss India Pune competition in 2013, in which she was one of the finalists.
She did some modeling work and made her TV debut with MTV Splitsvilla 7, before joining Star Sports as a presenter.
