New Delhi: After being eliminated from the T20I World Cup team last year, cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal has forged ahead plenty of challenges and difficulties. Yet, the Indian bowler has fixed himself as the top choice as a spinner in the current times.

Apart from his striking on-field performance, the men in blue often grab headlines for his admired chemistry with his wife Dhanashree, who happens to be a choreographer by profession.

The recent social media activity by Chahal and Dhanashree has left their fans confused and wondering if their marriage is doing well.

Here’s what happened

25-year-old Dhanashree Verma, who often posts video clips flaunting her dance skills and her outings with her husband, recently dropped her last name ‘Chahal’ from her Instagram handle.

The move left followers wondering if the couple is going to split soon, as removing surname on social media is in trend for celebrities to indicate their break up or divorce.

What left Chahal’s fans surprised was his cryptic post on Insta, hours after Dhanashree removed his surname from her name.

On Wednesday, Yuzvendra shared a picture on his Insta stories with text, “New Life Loading….’

Interestingly, espite the name change and the fishy post by the spinner, several social media users also suspect the couple who have been married for some years now can break the ‘good news’ to their fans soon.

However, both Dhanashree and Yuzvendra have remained quiet on the rumours of their split as well as pregancy.

Meanwhile on the work front, Chahal is set to play in the much awaited Asia Cup 2022, wherein the India squad will face off Pakistan at the  Dubai International Stadium on August 28.
