Farmers broke barricades to enter Delhi and indulged in vandalism across several parts of the national capital during their Kisan tractor rally organised to protest against the Centre's three new farm laws on January 26.

Earlier, Rahul Gandhi tweeted, "China is expanding its occupation into Indian territory. Mr 56" hasn't said the word 'China' for months. Maybe he can start by saying the word 'China'."

A total of 16 political parties including--Congress, NCP, J-K National Conference, DMK, AITC, Shiv Sena, Samajwadi Party, RJD, CPI (M), CPI, IUML, RSP, PDP, MDMK, Kerala Congress (M) and AIUDF-- in a joint statement on Thursday announced that they will boycott the President's address in the Parliament to register their protest against the three farm laws.

Delhi and Maharashtra are the latest places to report the cases of avian influenza, according to an official statement. Crows and ducks were reported dead in New Delhi and Sanjay lake areas respectively.

"The government is continuously talking to the unions who want these laws be repealed. We also give an appointment to those supporting the laws, when they request us," Tomar said

The delegation of farmers from several states, who have been protesting at the borders of the national capital for over a month, maintained that they wanted the farm laws taken back.

The minister said that farmers should hold clause by clause talks on the three laws and the government will make amendments if there is a need to do so.

With farmers holding protests in and around national capital against the new farm laws, the government also listed their advantages laws including the freedom to sell their produce anywhere, assurance about crop price and provision of timely payment.

The Ministry has laid out the detailed actions to be undertaken by eligible entities to comply with this decision, within a month. To enable eligible entities to comply with the government decision, they are required to take certain steps, the ministry said.

"As per Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, since 1st December 2017, the FASTag had been made mandatory for all registration of new four-wheeled Vehicles and is being supplied by the Vehicle Manufacturer or their dealers," the release said.
