Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also chaired a meeting of senior state government officials to take stock of the preparation for rolling out the Covid-19 vaccination in the state.

Covid-19 vaccination in UP: On January 5, a dry run will be conducted in 6 places each in all 75 districts of the state. Out of these six places, three places will be in urban areas and three places will be in rural areas.

3,000 start-ups in 3 years of Yogi govt: 1,154 startups have been established in Noida and a total of 1,219 start-ups have been established in Ghaziabad (533), Lucknow (500), and in the districts of Bundelkhand region and Purvanchal region of the state.

UP government is set to develop multi-model Logistic Hub (MMLH) and Multi-Model Transport Hub (MMTH) in Greater Noida. The mammoth projects will come up at an investment of about Rs 7,725 crore and will write a new saga of development for Uttar Pradesh in near future.

The ODOP scheme, conceived and launched by Yogi government, aims to boost economy of the state by encouraging indigenous & specialised products of the districts.

The CM interacted with Prema (Ayodhya), Soni (Azamgarh), Sangeeta (Kushinagar), Asha (Jaunpur), Akshay Bar (Gorakhpur), Anshu (Rae Bareli), Meera (Sonbhadra) and others.

"We will build affordable houses on the land freed from their illegal possession. I have asked Prayagraj Development Authority to build multi-storeyed housing colonies. It will please journalists, lawyers and teachers and at the same time, evolve a new model of the development,'' CM Yogi said.

UP CM Yogi Adityanath also thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for coining the term ‘divyang’ and motivating the differently abled to move ahead in their lives.

Deputy Commandant Vikas Kumar, belonging to the 208th battalion of CRPF''s elite unit CoBRA, received serious injuries on Sunday when an IED planted by Maoists exploded while it was being defused by security personnel in Kistaram police station limits. He succumbed to injuries on Monday.
