"JEE exam centres have been increased to 660 from 570 while there are now 3,842 NEET centres, up from 2,546 for the convenience of students. And 99 per cent of the students have been allotted exam centres of their choice," he said.
Education minister, Prabhuram Choudhary, who himself has been a part of the delegation which visited South Korea, said that the Kamal Nath government was committed to solving the problems of education sector in the state.
In order to justify her remarks, the official further raised certain questions to expose Pakistan fabricated lies and deception to malign India. "In which country were the perpetrators of 9/11 and 26/11 discovered?," the official asked the gathering.
The minister further said that through this initiative poor students can also travel and can see India. They will come to know about the culture of different states, how other educational institutes are and will also know about the history of India.
Due to weather conditions prevailing in Delhi, summer holidays have been extended by a week for the students up to class 8. Schools for the children up to class 8 will re-open on July 8. The schools for the remaining classes will be open as per the old schedule
