Addressing an election rally Priyanka said, "I have never seen a prime minister more coward and weak than PM Modi. Political power neither comes from campaigning nor does it come from boasting on the television."

"I have been told that here Didi has said that she wants to slap Modi. Mamata Didi I call you 'Didi', respect you. Your slap will become a blessing for me. I am ready to take that)," Prime Minister Modi said while addressing a rally.

The Union Minister also took pot-shots at West Bengal CM and TMC leader Mamta Banerjee for her refusal to talk to PM Modi to assess the impacts of cyclone "Fani".

This comes after PM Modi hailed Lord Ram with the chant at his Jhargram rally and dared Banerjee to have him arrested.

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik held a review meeting with senior officials on the destruction caused by Fani in the state last night. Patnaik said in the last 24 hours, over 12 lakh people have been evacuated from vulnerable districts to safer locations.
