Apple’s first Delhi store opens in Saket: 1st look of outlet & what services to avail here (VIDEO)

New Delhi: With Apple CEO Tim Cook inaugurating India’s second & Delhi’s 1st Apple store on Thursday, the Saket mall was teeming with hordes of people & Apple lovers who made it a point to be part of the store opening celebration.

The first Apple store of Mumbai & the country was opened in city’s Jio World Drive on April 18.

The inauguration of Delhi store saw hundreds of people swarming up outside the outlet to get a first-hand glimpse of the store as well as Apple CEO Tim Cook.

Apple CEO also greeted a couple of Apple customers while welcoming them into the store and got pictures snapped with a couple of them.

Apple Saket & its features

Apple Saket store is reportedly much smaller than its Mumbai counterpart but boasts of all the real-time services that any official store would offer.

A dedicated Apple PickUp station is being projected as the USP of store. This will allow buyers to customize their order online and collect the same from this pick up point at a time of their convenience. The store will remain operational from 10 AM to 11 pm on all week days.

The Apple Saket Store has also ‘gone green’ as it runs on 100% renewable energy and is carbon neutral. It has made extra endeavour to bring together motley list of workers who can converse in as many as 15 languages. The retail team members have been picked from 18 different states.

What to expect at Apple Saket store?

Apple BKC store in Mumbai is spacious with sprawling space but Apple Saket store is smaller & more cosy and hence it has been designed to provide a more intimate & persona experience for buyers.

Since, these are Apple’s officials stores in India, any or all Apple products will be first made displayed here and then will be made available at franchise stores.
