“We have maximized the reuse of in-house waste into further film production, helping maximize the conversion of waste to usable grades of polymers. We are making our own masterbatches, reducing process waste, conserving energy consumption per unit of production, minimizing gas emissions and continuously working on reducing fuel consumption as well.”
The company has been working on standardization of all kinds of process inputs, improving quality standards and reducing the number of complaints for all its products in order to reduce wastage, and reducing the cost and consumption of various packaging material to aid in structure rationalization.
We are also using technology to improve truck load optimization and use bigger trucks. We are looking into every aspect of air, noise and water pollution or wastage and trying to minimize their usage as well as recycle and reuse them to have minimal carbon footprint. All this is done scientifically with proper measurements to make sure that we make a real impact.
