New Delhi: In one of the most shocking and disturbing incident caught on camera, an ice-cream vendor was allegedly seen masturbating and then using his siemen in the ice-cream is creating waves in the Social Media platforms. The incident is reported from Telangana’s Warangal district and the ice-cream is caught doing the act near the Ambedkar Center. The ice-cream stand was named ‘Bherunath Ice Cream Kulfi’.

Ice-Cream Vendor apprehended by Local Police
After the video was circulated in Social media, the Food Safety Authorities and the Legal team took note of the incident.

Police Case Registered
The Ice-Cream vendor was identified as Kaaluram Kurbia, hails from Rajasthan. The Nekkonda Police has registered a case against him under IPC section 294 act for committing an inappropriate act in public.
