New Delhi: Passengers have often faced confusion when choosing a favourable seat during their journey on the flight. The best seats come with heavy charges. However, imagine a situation where you have paid extra charges for a window seat, and instead got a seat that has no signs of a window. Here’s what happened in a recent incident. A passenger travelling on a budget airline service in Europe named Ryanair experienced something similar. Taking to Twitter, the passenger who goes by the name Martaverse, shared a photo of the seat she got on the flight. The seat did not have any windows. The official Twitter handle of Ryanair replied to the tweet which further angered the netizens. People pointed out how Ryanair tried covering up their poor customer service by making a joke. Also, several shared their experiences of getting bad seats even after paying an extra fee. Others slammed the airlines for ripping off passengers and not delivering what is promised to them. Take a look at some of the reactions: Imagine thinking this was funny. They've taken someone's money and mugged them off then think they can try to make this socially acceptable by getting people to think it's funny on Twitter. — Joel ?☠️ (@KameekMusic) September 12, 2022 Not funny. Not at all funny if you made a passenger pay extra for a window seat. — malgosia skawinski ??Хай живе вільна Україна. I really miss when companies behaved like adults even if the flights are cheap — Jamie Grayson (@truthVSworld) September 12, 2022 So unprofessional to publicly belittle a customer for their complaint for Twitter likes.
