New Delhi: Thousands of protesters in the Lankan capital made themselves comfortable and at home in the Presidential Palace on Saturday, amid the escalating economical crisis in the country.
The protesters who had stormed into the Palace after President Gotabaya Rajapaksa fled Colombo, were seen relishing the luxuries inside his official residence.
While many were captured taking a quick workout session and flexing at the gym inside the palace, others were seen touring the beautifully maintained grounds and gardens.
Video clips of thousands of protesters gorging on the food from the President’s kitchen also doing arounds on social media.

After months of political turmoil, saturday turned out to be the most chaotic day of all, as both the state chiefs agreed to resign and make way for all-party govt to take over.
On the other hand, the protesters not only took over both their official residences but also set ablaze several building expressing their outrage over the several economical condition in the state.
Thousands of Sri Lankans have gathered in the capital city Colombo for past several days demanding the government to take accountibility for mismanaging the country’s resources and finances.
