WATCH: Key governmental building in Ukraine blown up by Russian missile

Hit hard by the powerful missile, the building goes up in flames, the video of which has been shared by Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Twitter.

New Delhi: With Ukraine putting up strong defence against Russian assault, the latter has mounted its attack and is now targeting residential & administrative buildings in big cities like Kyiv and Kharkiv.

On Tuesday, a Russian missile blew up a key administrative building in Kharkiv. Hit hard by the powerful missile, the building goes up in flames, the video of which has been shared by Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Twitter.

Tweeting the video, Ukrainian Ministry said, “Russia is waging war in violation of international humanitarian law. Kills civilians, destroys civilian infrastructure. Russia’s main target is large cities that now fired at by its missiles.”

Dmytro Kuleba, Ukraine’s Minister of foreign affairs also tweeted video of barbaric missile attack by Russian forces.

“Putin is unable to break Ukraine down. He commits more war crimes out of fury, murders innocent civilians. The world can and must do more. INCREASE PRESSURE, ISOLATE RUSSIA FULLY!,” he tweeted.

Earlier in the day, satellite images showed big line-up of Russian troops & battle tanks entering Ukranian capital.

Till date, 352 civilians, including 14 children, have been killed in ongoing war. About half a million people have been forced to flee the country since Russia attacked it, the UN human rights body has said.

Meanwhile, the first round of talks between Moscow and Kyiv in Belarus didn’t yield any breakthrough.
