Recently, a nerve-wracking video has gone viral where a 10-year-old boy jumped into the pool situated in the backyard to save his drowning mother from having a seizure.

Recently, a nerve-wracking video has gone viral where a 10-year-old boy jumped into the pool situated in the backyard to save his drowning mother from having a seizure. The video was captured on the CCTV installed at their house where Gavin Keeney can be seen jumping into the pool to save his mother. The video was posted by ABC News and has gone viral within moments of its share.

 The now-viral video shows Gavin climbing the pool ladder and jumping into it. He quickly saved his mother who was drowning because of a seizure. He carried his mother towards the ladder where she continued to have the seizure. Soon, his grandfather came and jumped into the pool to save the woman and even hugged the boy.

Sharing the video, ABC News captioned the video, “Dramatic home security camera footage captures the moment 10-year-old Gavin Keeney leapt into action to save his drowning mother, who was suffering from a seizure in the family’s backyard pool. Gavin dove into the pool, carried his mother to the ladder, and kept her head above water until his grandfather jumped in to help.”

With moments of its share, the video garnered millions of views. The comment section flooded with praises for the young boy. One of the users said, “Not all heroes wear capes, some just wear swimming trunks,” while another wrote, “The love this child has for his mother shows how much she loves him. This is beautiful.”

As per the caption of the post, the Kingston, Oklahoma Police Department presented an award to the boy for his bravery.
