New Delhi: If you didn’t know Narendra Modi is the most popular man in a country other than India, Israel PM Naftali Bennett just declared that during an interaction with PM Modi.
PM Modi and Israeli counterpart’s interaction happened during a bilateral meeting between the two world leaders on sidelines of the ongoing COP26 climate summit in Glasgow.
The video of the interaction has been shared on social media, where Israel PM can be heard telling PM Modi, “You are the most popular man in Israel. Come and join my party.”
Hearing the flattering compliment, PM Modi also burst into laughter.

This was the first formal meeting between the two heads of state since Naftali Bennett taking over as Israel PM in June following electoral defeat of Benjamin Netanyahu.
