Know that the Divine and you are always connected and related. There is an unbroken and eternal relationship between you and the eternal One. Refuse to move away from this union. Be centred, cling to Him with all your might and with all your being. Be in your own inner most cave of the spiritual heart as it were, where no distraction can reach. Transcend time and space and name and form, and be ever in a state of spiritual awareness. It is the restoration of the healed and healing heart, a state from which you have turned away. Once that healing state has been restored, heaven prevails within you. Just keep healing on.
