Filled with the light!
It is vital to put all our energy into doing the healing efficiently and holding onto the methods as the life and the heart of the practice. When we do not continue on the path of self healing and in the process healing others, we become dull. Even when we do the practice, we make progress. We create a strong identity of removing the obstacles, and along the path we connect to genuine realisations that are born within the mind and the heart to help the body , the soul and the spirit to align. So fervently heal, pray, be devoted with the grace of the light to share your soul self with the world around you. The wisdom from the healing world is transmitted, empowering us further to continue to heal. Empowered we all move on, with our words, our mind, our soul and our spirit to take the self with the body to a deep destination beyond words. Healing hugs of the light.
