Love from the heart of hearts!
The state of mind when one is searching for the healing light is full of darkness and shadows, of fear and helplessness. Yet, when we connect to the healing frequencies and vibrations, we are immediately charged with the serenity and trust that we have found what we were looking for.
We as humans are always searching, observing, looking, but never in a systematic way.
Yet when we are touched by the true, pure, unconditional love of joy, bliss and ecstasy, it seems to the individual soul that it always knew but has just awakened from a deep sleep. Recognising the light is the birthright of every human.
The right posture for healing is to place the right hand on the heart chakra at the centre of the chest and the left hand on the sacral plexus, below the navel. Affirming that the process of healing begins in the heart and the debris of past lifetimes is healed by the light, below the navel.
How exactly we experience this is all individual. Take responsibility for the self.
Stay and enjoy this journey of life in the light. Healing hugs of great joy. Love from the mountain of ecstasy and bliss .
