Guidance for spiritual strength!
The fragrance of life is always attractive and stimulating us to rest our attention lightly and mindfully upon the reason that we have awakened in the heart to live another day. The most fundamental expression of our soul through the support of our breath in this body is to live life in joy and to complete our karma in peace and loving exchanges with all the other souls travelling with us. We must calm the mind with the breath and through this allow the mind to move towards working skillfully and automatically and spontaneously. Thus we begin to listen to the mind and the heart to guide and navigate our life. Thus with an openness to love the self and in the circumstances to live well, we create a depth of understanding in all our relationships . It is important to not get involved in mental commentary, analysis, or even internal gossip . Even to not get so involved in watching the breath and healing. Everything has to be a spontaneous response from the ‘chidakash’ the space of illuminated heart consciousness. Stay here and heal on. Healing hugs of inner dimensions from the healed heart. Love from the duality and the separation.
