Reciting or chanting a mantra allows us to purify our inner world, especially all of our sounds, words, emotions and energy. Our Prana flowing from the highest crown chakra into our heart consciousness and then being redistributed by our need and awareness leads to us being well and healthy. When we heal with awareness, we transform the environment of our little world. The most important being that we inspire each other to change the atmosphere with our words and our thoughts. Sound definitely transforms the energy of our mind and purifies our thoughts and emotions. When we rest in the silence that ensues after prayer and chanting, we silently and softly heal more. Our mind more focused, more peaceful, more grateful, more illuminated and awakened by the grace of all blessings. Continue to live gratefully and awaken the self more and more.
