MY HEART
The teachings hidden in the centre of the heart of an individual are friendly, warm and inspire them from within. People and their thoughts join together and sometimes there is a great danger that out of their eagerness they begin to live lives where they can be feeling rejected.
When desires are frustrating us, the anger within arises to further damage the heart. Relationships with others and with the self end abruptly leaving everyone hurt and angry.
We are then swept into our next relationship, but the currents and the energies of the negative emotions of anger, desire and ignorance come along to erode the goodness; leaving the individuals suffocated in their own heart, what to speak of the other.
This is how we again and again complicate our lives. Just be warm and friendly without expectation. Silently healing all. Healing hugs of happiness. Love of great repute from the hearts of others.
