When we heal our inner state of consciousness, we connect to a beautiful ray of golden light awakening from the base of our spine and moving towards our head and simultaneously towards our feet.
Forming a circular sphere of light around us , almost like a pillar. See yourselves standing in this pillar of golden light. Immerse yourself in the light and connect to the transparent glass bubble like quality of this light in the pillar.
Overflowing from the top, see this light touching the surface of Mother Earth around you. Over and over again experience the indescribable clear light , transparent and healing. Affirm-“I am completely satisfied and grateful for the light of sustenance and satisfaction surrounding me,” Repeat 7 times.
Express your happiness into this clear light of radiant and transparent light, share it with those who come up in your consciousness right now. Healing hugs of the wisdom of your own mind. Love from the enlightenment of your own heart.
