My meditation!
Fire!
All the warmth of our body begins to be absorbed from the water and the earth, who both get it from the sun.
From the head to the heart and from the heart to the solar plexus, down to the hands and the feet, a steamy heat rises from the solar plexus going all the way to the crown of the head.
Our breath is warm and comforting as it flows out of our mouth and nose.
We drink, we eat, we digest, we think in our mind with clarity and recognition.
Sound and sight, smell and touch help increase the taste of life.
For the individual coming alive to the healing light and the warmth in the heart,the experience is beautiful and is to be alive to the flame of fortune in the heart.
The whole world around us is effulgent in the flame as are we.
The roaring fire comes alive to consume the negative and shine bright on the positive.
Your ability to be connected to the right frequency of this fire is important.
Stay and absorb the right light, dancing in the galaxies above the open fires.
Healing hugs from their light.
Love from the comforting river of green light.
