This practice of self healing in the retreat prepares us to grow stronger in our minds and spread the light from the heart of our consciousness. This light flows through our life and the lives of others to create a healing revolution. The clarity in our healing work begins to appear more positive and positively increasing ; allows us to live well. The whole process becomes one of connecting to the radiance of the pure heart, developing new skills and generating knowledge and energy experiences that leave us feeling whole again. Stay in the retreat consciousness, align with all the realms of the light. Open the twelve doors of the heart, rejoice with the reciprocation. Know that it is important to remember.
