Meditation- My Healing Hands.
Off in the distance you can see a sparkling light, curious you follow your vision and suddenly you become aware of the gurgling sound of water. Your curiosity increases as you feel the water is tumbling and swirling and lo and behold you come upon the waterfall. The water gurgles and flows over the rocks like a dance and the glimmer of the light shines through from the surface of the pooling water. As you think, you see your wishes, one by one, slipping into the pool of water to stand under the waterfall and one by one they are being healed. Each of your thoughts personified into a living manifestation that is being cleansed of all obstacles. Relishing each moment in this healing pastime, you are thrilled at the novelty of your thoughts coming up to be healed. Your thoughts flow into the river of spiritual grace that is flowing towards the ocean of love and light. You know in this moment that you are completely healed as are your desires. Thank this moment, the waterfall and the pool, becoming the river linking you to the spiritual purity abodes. Healing hugs of pure light. Love from the centre of the ocean of light that comes down to heal.
