Meditation.- The Effulgent Inner Universal Self.
Move today to the organs of your body and affirm that they are surrounded by a twinkling blue light of softness and gentleness that is infusing you with a sense of complete health in the body. As you inhale see balls of rainbow coloured lights entering your body with your breath. Inhale again and again in this awareness and fill your body with this healing light. You are also being surrounded by this creative, warm, energising healing light. You are inside and outside filled and surrounded by this beautiful(rainbow coloured balls of light) healing energy. Allow these balls of light to fill your chakras and your creative self. These warm and soothing energy balls are moving to awaken you to your true potential. This light is infusing to help you be more creative, more wise and learned, flourishing relationships that are always positive. As you breathe, you see that these balls of light now become ribbons of light , surrounding you. Engage with the idea that these ribbons are flowing to those areas of your life where you need the healing. These ribbons becoming rivers of light, healing and infusing you, your future life and those future moments with this healing powerful light. Know that you are healed and wiser than before . Love your life. Love your body. Healing hugs of deep care. Love from the ocean of light and sunshine.
